Back to England to finish my degree before I live the dream in Spain!
So this must be my fifth holiday to Benidorm this year! but finally me and my mother have bought an apartment together out there! Perfect for holidays and perfect for a residential home for me once I have finished my degree. Life is looking up for me as everything went so smoothly considering how nervous we were being first time buyers in Spain. Now it’s just trying to persuade myself to work hard, save money and get this degree, and although having a place in Spain has given me something to work for, it has also made it much more easier to give up my life here and live my life out there NOW! But I am willing to try my best! If anyone is thinking of buying or renting in the Costa Blanca I would definitely recommend ‘Inmobiliaria Nunez‘ because they literally sorted everything out for us and made it so easy from viewing properties to applying for an NIE number to finding a lawyer and even setting up a Spanish bank whilst we were still located in the UK.
